A January 9th ruling by a district judge, followed by a Dear Colleagues Letter on January 31st, has returned colleges to 2020 Title IX rules. Muhlenberg remains committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment across protected classes through our Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy and in observance of Pennsylvania State law. Our policies and procedures are updated to reflect these changes.
